Compassionate Care for Homeless Animals

Copper Quill Haven, Inc. (CQH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Nampa resident and business owner Dr. Natasha Laughter, a veterinarian and experienced business owner with a lifelong commitment to animal welfare. After years of working in both private practice and rescue partnerships, Dr. Laughter recognized a need for a nonprofit organization that blended high-quality veterinary expertise with responsible financial stewardship and compassionate care. With that vision in mind, she established Copper Quill Haven as a mission-driven, fiscally sound animal welfare organization.

A tabby cat sits contentedly inside a small, rustic wooden shelter that resembles a tiny house or birdhouse. The wooden structure features a pointed roof and sits atop a picket fence. In the background, an old wooden building with a shingled roof is partially visible, and bare trees rise against a pale sky.

Two puppies are inside a rusty metal cage, with one puppy facing forward and the other looking to the side. They have dark fur with lighter patches and seem to be in a confined space with shadows cast by the cage bars.
